Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Administer payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits disbursement.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management, including tracking, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop, review, and manage employment contracts and legal documentation in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Conduct HR compliance audits to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to local regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs for staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with expertise in payroll, recruitment, and legal compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and employment contracts.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Familiarity with tax consultancy or professional services industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
