Responsibility

  • Oversee and supervise daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, BPJS (social security) regulations, and company policies.
  • Resolve employee relations issues promptly and professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and submit routine HR reports to management, including attendance summaries, payroll data, and compliance updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and government agencies for HR-related administrative tasks, such as BPJS registration and renewals.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters confidentially.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
