Responsibility

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Develop and implement HR programs, including performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and workforce planning.
  • Handle industrial relations and dispute resolution, promoting harmonious employer-employee relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with local platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to HR challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
