As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to policy implementation and compliance. Responsibility
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Develop and implement HR programs, including performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and workforce planning.
- Handle industrial relations and dispute resolution, promoting harmonious employer-employee relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with local platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to HR challenges.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
