Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and support their growth.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of engagement and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
