Responsibility
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Conduct investigations into workplace conflicts or misconduct, providing impartial recommendations and solutions.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address concerns and improve workplace morale.
- Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, feedback sessions, and wellness programs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop training programs focused on conflict resolution, diversity, and workplace ethics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, labor relations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience in conducting workplace investigations and mediating conflicts.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
