Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Support workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
- Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles or similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Experience in the logistics or service industry is a plus.
