Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
