Responsibility
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
