Responsibility

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
