Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
