As an HR Generalist, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to managing day-to-day employee relations. You will play a critical role in fostering a productive, compliant, and positive work environment. Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to ensure quick integration into the company.
  • Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including attendance monitoring, leave management, and record-keeping.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations at all times.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Prepare accurate and timely HR reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented mindset.
