Responsibility

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle promotions, transfers, demotions, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Monitor and report on attendance, absenteeism, and leave management using HRIS or relevant tools.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and team-building activities.
  • Liaise with government agencies for work permits, visas, and other legal documentation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all HR-related data and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or General Affairs, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
