Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Oversee office facilities and general affairs, including vendor management, procurement, and workplace safety.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance employee engagement.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies in all HR-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business and employment landscape is a plus.
