Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for local and international hires.
- Oversee HR administration, including employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Handle general affairs duties, such as office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-English translation and interpretation in meetings, emails, and official documents.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Assist with work permit and visa applications for expatriate employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal teams, and external partners to resolve HR and administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in HR, recruitment, or general affairs, preferably in a multinational or e-commerce environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with excellent English proficiency; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and visa regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cross-cultural business practices and sensitivity to diverse workplace dynamics.
