Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for local and international hires.
  • Oversee HR administration, including employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Handle general affairs duties, such as office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-English translation and interpretation in meetings, emails, and official documents.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with work permit and visa applications for expatriate employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and team-building activities.
  • Liaise with government agencies, legal teams, and external partners to resolve HR and administrative matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in HR, recruitment, or general affairs, preferably in a multinational or e-commerce environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with excellent English proficiency; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and visa regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cross-cultural business practices and sensitivity to diverse workplace dynamics.
