Centralindo Sukses Sentosa, a leading provider of hotel linen laundry services in Indonesia, is expanding its operations to Bali and seeking a dynamic HR & General Affairs Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing human resources, administrative functions, and general affairs to ensure smooth operations for our premium hotel linen services. You will work closely with management to develop HR policies, handle employee relations, and maintain compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, you will oversee office administration, vendor contracts, and facility management to support our business expansion in Bali.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all staff, including background checks and contract preparation.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate general affairs activities, including office administration, facility management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for workplace operations.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS software, and administrative tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and facility coordination is a plus.
