Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
