Based in the vibrant region of Badung (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta), you will lead a multidisciplinary team to attract, develop, and retain top talent while managing general affairs to support seamless business operations. Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for mining operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with Indonesian labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage general affairs, including office administration, vendor contracts, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals in a competitive mining landscape.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and compliance (PKWT, BPJS, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop HR staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
- Experience in general affairs, procurement, or facility management is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or commute to assigned mining sites as required.
