As an HRGA Officer, you will oversee a broad spectrum of human resources and general affairs functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to office administration and compliance. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Oversee office administration, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to align with organizational goals.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize company events, training programs, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing, retail, or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
