Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee general affairs duties, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, employee engagement strategies, and office administration.
- Willingness to work in Bali under a contract-based employment arrangement.
