Are you an experienced HR & General Affairs (HRGA) professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing company? PT KARIMUN GRANITE is seeking a dedicated HRGA Officer to join our team in Bali and support our human capital and administrative operations.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and general office administration. Your expertise will help ensure smooth HR processes, foster a positive workplace culture, and maintain legal and regulatory compliance.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Oversee general affairs duties, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, employee engagement strategies, and office administration.
  • Willingness to work in Bali under a contract-based employment arrangement.
