Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
  • Coordinate general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and vendor contracts.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Prepare HR reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Human Resource Management, including labor laws, compensation, and benefits.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is highly desirable.
