Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and vendor contracts.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Prepare HR reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Advanced knowledge of Human Resource Management, including labor laws, compensation, and benefits.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is highly desirable.
