Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain up-to-date employee databases.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or general affairs roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
