Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain up-to-date employee databases.
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or general affairs roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
