Responsibility
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for roles across departments.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to align with organizational goals.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Streamline administrative processes, such as office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience with recruitment, payroll systems, and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or local equivalents) are highly advantageous.
