Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and payroll coordination, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle office administration tasks, including procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve workplace productivity and employee retention.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Professional certificates or diplomas in HR are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems; familiarity with Baliâs business landscape is advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and employee development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
