Responsibility

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including document management, office supplies, and facility coordination to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations, in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Liaise with government agencies (e.g., immigration, labor departments) to ensure compliance with regulations and timely submission of required documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes, to boost morale and retention.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, training completion) and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making by leadership.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and conflict resolution to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with exposure to recruitment, training, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, with experience liaising with government agencies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace for efficient workflow management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is essential for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus but not required.
