Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage office administration, including procurement, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the beauty, retail, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic accounting tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty and jewellery industry with a customer-centric mindset.
