Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with Indonesian labor laws and company values.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals in property development.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives to boost engagement and productivity.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and vendor management for office supplies, equipment, and facility operations.
- Optimize supply chain and inventory processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure workplace safety, health, and legal compliance across all company premises.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR and logistical strategies with business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in property development or real estate).
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Strong background in logistics, procurement, or general affairs management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
