Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Implement robust internal controls and audit procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR and financial objectives with business goals.
- Drive digital transformation by evaluating and integrating HRIS and financial management systems.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CHRP, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
