Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for critical roles in healthcare and corporate functions.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and cultural fit analysis.
- Design and implement performance management systems to align employee goals with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions that reflect role requirements and company values.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, retention rates) to optimize recruitment and performance strategies.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist roles, or Performance Management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
