Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR processes. The role combines strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both operational and analytical challenges.

Responsibility

  • Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
  • Administer learning and development (L&D) programs, including training coordination, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee welfare programs.
  • Handle work pass management, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and timely renewals.
  • Process employee claims, reimbursements, and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or shared services roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
