Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Administer leave policies, track attendance, and resolve employee queries related to leave and benefits.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Support employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting exit interviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and the implementation of HR initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia or Malaysia.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
