Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee contracts, payroll reports, and training records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll and HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll management and employee training.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing systems.
- Proven experience in coordinating and delivering training programs, with a focus on employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling sensitive HR and payroll information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
