Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs and employee growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end training initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS) to deliver scalable and engaging training solutions.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics, ROI, and employee development progress to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to nurture high-potential employees and future leaders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to ensure innovative and impactful programs.
  • Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or L&D (e.g., ATD) are a plus.
