As part of our Human Resource Department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and drive the adoption of cutting-edge HR technologies. Responsibility
- Assist in the requirements gathering for HR systems enhancements and new implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and usability before deployment.
- Support post-implementation adoption by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing end-user support.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain and update HR system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and FAQs.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of HR modules (e.g., payroll, recruitment, performance management).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies in all HR system operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR systems support, administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in conducting UAT and creating training materials is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
