As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and performance appraisal systems.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
