Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and compliance in accordance with local regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precision.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and address staff inquiries related to HR matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and talent gaps.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and work pass regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a multicultural environment.
