Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and system setup for new hires.
  • Coordinate offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases using Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management review.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate HR-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, onboarding, or offboarding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
