Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR Business Partners, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports, presentations, and documentation using tools like Canva Software for professional and visually engaging outputs.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR-related meetings, interviews, and training sessions, including logistics and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to streamline communication and ensure alignment on HR initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
