Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR Business Partners, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist in recruitment processes, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports, presentations, and correspondence using tools like Canva for professional formatting.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth HR operations.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks for the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva Software or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
