Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.
- Administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory filings in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS database with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and assist managers in talent development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace relations.
- Organize employee engagement programs and team-building activities to strengthen company culture.
- Ensure all HR practices remain compliant with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and current labor market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to a positive workplace environment.
