Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles using job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video calls to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions and employment advertisements on multiple platforms.
- Participate in HR projects, such as employer branding initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices (training will be provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
