Halcyon Agri Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, providing critical support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Assist the HR Business Partner in the execution of day-to-day HR operational activities and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update accurate HR records, databases, and personnel files in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports, metrics, and data analytics to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding logistics.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processing support.
- Facilitate employee relations activities and act as the first point of contact for staff inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects, such as performance management cycles and training programs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR operational or administrative role.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local Singapore labor laws and employment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
