Responsibility
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Provide support in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
