Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Facilitate employee relations, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and conflict resolution.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, leave management, and benefits programs.
- Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives and company training programs.
- Prepare timely HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Support the development and maintenance of company HR handbooks and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and professional integrity.
