Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Facilitate employee relations, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, leave management, and benefits programs.
  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives and company training programs.
  • Prepare timely HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Support the development and maintenance of company HR handbooks and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and professional integrity.
