Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, including virtual and in-person events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Support the development and implementation of internal communication strategies to enhance employee connectivity and morale.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Help design and distribute surveys, polls, and other tools to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of content for internal newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events, such as town halls, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Monitor industry trends in employee engagement and propose innovative ideas to enhance our workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for planning and organizing events.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (e.g., survey tools, HRIS) is a plus.
- Prior experience in event planning, internships, or volunteer work related to HR or employee engagement is advantageous.
