Responsibility
- Design and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and talent gaps.
- Support workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee development.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
