Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent development strategies tailored to retail fashion and apparel teams across multiple sites.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs (onboarding, leadership, sales, and product knowledge) to enhance employee performance.
- Identify skill gaps through needs assessments and create targeted upskilling initiatives to address them.
- Collaborate with retail managers to align HR development programs with business goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven metrics and feedback loops.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth through mentorship, coaching, and succession planning.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company values.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in retail HR and fashion to introduce innovative development solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the retail, fashion, or apparel industry.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training and development programs.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and the unique HR challenges in multi-site environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and data analytics tools to measure program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements is advantageous.
