Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend products that align with their preferences.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries and highlight key features/benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays, stock replenishment, and store presentation to enhance appeal.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational goals, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a passion for fashion and trends.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (work permit sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
