As an HR cum Admin Executive/Assistant, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting administrative tasks. Your role will involve coordinating recruitment activities, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will assist in office management, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibility
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Support employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
