Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Administer monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and annual tax filings (IR8A).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and manage the company’s leave tracking system.
- Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via the MOM portal.
- Oversee office facilities management, including procurement of stationery, pantry supplies, and vendor management.
- Ensure firm-wide compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant labor regulations.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, including drafting internal memos and organizing company events.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for all staff members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an HR and administrative capacity.
- Sound knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and firm information.
- Immediate availability or ability to start on short notice is a significant advantage.
