Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly reports on remuneration, benefits, and HR administration for management review.
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement competitive compensation structures that align with industry standards.
- Process payroll-related data, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Assist in the design and execution of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, allowances, and incentives.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Provide support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, compensation, or benefits management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
