Responsibility
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage and maintain timekeeping systems, including attendance tracking, leave balances, and overtime calculations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring seamless enrollment and claims processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance with government regulations related to payroll, taxes, and social security contributions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement competitive compensation structures and incentive programs.
- Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and wellness programs.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR compensation, benefits administration, or payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
